Unlike most, who would be struggling against the guards who held them, dragging them down the hall towards the from office, Nick walked silently between two guards, neither of which felt the need to restrain him. He hadn't spoken, nor had he tried to escape, when they came to get him. His hood was up and his head was down, giving the impression he was staring intently at the floor. He wasn't. His gaze glided across everything they passed, examining his new cage thoroughly. This was the first day of the rest of his life here, after all.
When they reached the office, one of the guards opened the door, and they both stayed behind as Nick walked in and sat on one of the chairs. They closed the door after making sure he wasn't going anywhere; where could he go? He couldn't use his powers because of that injection they gave him. And so he sat silently, waiting for whatever would come next.

Jesse walked down the hallway holding a new file in his hand Nichloas was his name. Finding him sitting in-front of the front office like most new paitents, "You must be Nichloas, I'm Dr.King, you call me Jesse." He answered sitting down across from him. "You wanna see something." Jesse unsually did this to loosen up new patients. "Look at my hands, nothing in them right." showing him his shevles their was nothing under them, smriking to himself he looked at Nicholas's head "You may wanna take off your hood." the sound of a small brid could be heard from under his hood.

Nick looked up as someone walked over to him, sitting across from him and starting to talk. Nick watched him warily, not speaking as he listened to his introduction, and question about whether or not he wanted to see something. Well, last time he checked he wasn't blind, so obviously he was going to see it whether he liked it or not, so he didn't answer. Hearing the bird, his eyes narrowed slightly. Ha. Ha. Ha. He lowered his hood so the bird could fly away, then put it back up. He hoped the doctor wouldn't be doing any more tricks like that, or he'd end up killing the bird.

"Wow, your a man of few words." Jesse answered looking through his file. "Okay I'll talk for you Nicholas Donovan age 17 shadow demon and it appears you had an incident which resulted in you taking some life and you have hallucinations." Jesse waited for a least an eye roll or a yeah so what asshole. "Let me give you a little background on me I'm a witch and I'm a therapist here also I was patient so I have been here for 6 yrs now."

Taking some lives? Well, that was one way of putting it. Another would be that he massacred a whole town. Nick crossed his arms and sat back in his chair, waiting for the doctor to say something else. And lo and behold, he did. When he informed Nick that he was a witch, he almost laughed; most witches he'd met or heard of were girls, but maybe it was kind of like nurses, who could be guys as well. Either way, it was still funny, and not very emasculating. So this guy was a patient here too? Shit, were they going to make him stay here that long too? Well sorry about that, but that didn't work with his schedule. He'd be gone long before that, but he might as well give this place a try. A few weeks maybe. They couldn't keep him here.

"Yeah, I know very funny. he's boy and a witch." Jesse answered he didn't understand what was so funny about it but whatever. "Okay, I get its not cool to talk to the therapists while your seating there you can fill out your paper-work." He handed him a slip board of forms to fill out standard release forms and things of that nature. "Your going to have to talk sometime your gonna be here for awhile and every patient has to come through my office aleast once or twice a week your going to probably be the twice a week since your going to be in H-wing."

Nick heard the doctor speaking to him again, but he wasn't really listening. He could feel the effect of the drug they had injected in him wearing off. Soon he'd be able to use his powers. He noticed the doctor was holding out a clip board, so he took it and looked at the papers on it, listening to the last part, about having to come talk to him twice a week, something about an H-wing, whatever that was. He continued staring at the clip board though, not making any move to fill anything out.

"Your going to have to fill those out." noticing he was under the power of a binding spell he mumbled something under his breath. "Your under a binding spell, its not a drug they give it to all H-wingers when they first come here makes them easier to deal with I call it taking the easy way out and not letting them be who they are kids with gifts not animals." Jesse said knowing he wasn't listening still didn't stop him he was stubborn like that. "And no need to say thank you I got you got of it you can use your powers be warned use them on me or anyone here you'll find yourself in the Isolation room before you can say boo."

Geez, could this guy read minds or something? He hadn't said a word to him and yet he always seemed to be answering questions he was thinking about, or commenting on something that was on his mind. And why would he use his powers on anyone around here? The most he could do so far was make it dark around someone so they couldn't see. Ooh, so scary.
